Salytics is a Salesforce Consulting Partner that supports organizations with the implementation of new or optimization of existing Salesforce instances. We are a services business that takes a ‘strategy first’ approach to helping companies get the most value from their technology investment to streamline operations and drive growth.
What you’ll do:
We need your enthusiasm and entrepreneurial mindset to drive sales and grow our client base. Your primary responsibility will be booking meetings, and as your knowledge and experience grows, you will begin to run more of the full sales cycle. You will approach prospective customers as a trusted advisor, seeking to thoroughly understand their particular business challenges, so we can design technology solutions to meet their goals, through the use of Salesforce and other technologies. You will contribute to our company's growth in a fun, collaborative, and hardworking culture. You will also:
- Drive business development by prospecting efforts, growing our number of net new clients
- Outbound prospecting with senior decision makers via cold calling, emailing, presenting, and attending networking events
- Identify client pain points
- Collaborate with CRO and Account Managers to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
- Create and deliver qualified opportunities, ensuring proper hand-off with next steps, dates, complete profile information, sources, and so on
- Assist in creating RFP/RFQ responses to potential clients
- Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions
- Support marketing efforts such as trade shows and other events
- Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls/emails
- Support achievement of corporate revenue targets by consistently hitting targets for qualified booked meetings
- Maintain weekly and monthly metrics on lead generation and booked business
- Establish and maintain successful relationships with clients
- Develop account strategy, collateral materials, and sales activity
- Qualify timelines and budget to ensure proposals align with client expectations and organizational capacity
- Maintain industry knowledge and proposition value for products you are working on
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure customer success
- Other duties as assigned
Training will be provided in our sales process and consulting services we provide.
Preference given to candidates able to work hybrid from our Toronto office, but we’re open to fully remote if it is the right candidate. Some travel may be required.
About you:
You have experience with Salesforce, preferably in a services/consulting capacity, and you are ambitious, motivated, and have a growth mindset. You can immediately build rapport and trust with other professionals and executives. You are capable of representing yourself as a trusted advisor engaged in an informed and value oriented sales process. You have a passion for business development, have stellar professional communication skills, and know that selling consulting services is an exciting challenge. Targets, numbers, and constructive feedback fuel you - you are self-aware and eager to learn. You get a lot of satisfaction from winning-over people you’ve just met. You want to gain experience working with both start-up and enterprise clients, alongside a team of awesome people who have your back.
What you’ll bring:
- A degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in B2B sales, particularly with consulting and/or Salesforce solutions
- Proven record of being a high achiever in work, school, or extracurriculars
- Desire to learn, grow, and be part of a team
- Passion for sales, technology, disruption, innovation, and how all of these things can help clients achieve their goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to negotiate and lead while maintaining strong relationships
- Comfort with prospecting, including cold-calling
- Superb organizational and time management skills
- Ability to understand business/organizational needs across various industries in order to recommend valuable solutions
